Anyone know how to get AlwaysOn Smart to work properly? There is so much fail in the way it needs to be done vs info i can find online it's shocking.
e.g. you set a password for your certificate but guess what.. the certificate password when on mobile is completely different from the one you set.. infact I found that you can ONLY use the certificate password specified when you register on notebook.. for mobile device you need to do a password request and then use the shortened on on your mobile device.
Now I have the certificate/profile installed on all my devices BUT guess what.. it STILL wont work to authenticate with AlwaysOn Smart APN
Then lets talk AlwaysOn App for mobile devices.. how the heck do i have to login to the hotspot when the login details just don't work at all.. I tried the username with email addy(split by domain) and where i use the random character username on the alwayson.co.za domain.. continual fail. I mean I usually figure this stuff out but to me it seems like this service is a bit retarded as I can't get it to work and their website and callcentre is not helpful at all
So I kinda have to remove the app and login via website while hoping it doesnt kick me off (if u have the app installed)
