We recently upgraded to a 4Mbps from a 2Mbps. The first few days were all fine and dandy reaching speeds up to 400Kbps, then some time later, speeds dropped to the equivalent of a 2Mbps.

Getting 1.2 Mbps on the speedtest just like when I had a 2Mbps.

When someone on the WiFi watches a YouTube video aswell, it absolutely throttles the entire line to the point no one else but the person watching the video can use the internet.

Check your line stats, It could be ASSIA DSM messing around on your line

Hi

Sorry about the late reply. We're always active on our official feedback threads :)
Could be that the line isn't supporting the new 4Mbps sync correctly - have you checked your line stats on the router?
