Seems this forum is badly managed too, are the moderators asleep?

Thanks guys I won't be returning, and Noone, you one of the people who really should be ashamed. So I am not allowed an oppinion because it does not suit your agenda?Like I said and this time more people are proving it. A bunch of whinning kids. This forum is badly managed and a serious joke.

Moderators you should be ashamed, because it seems you are not allowed to support companies in this forum or have an opposite oppinion to the masses.

Amber, I honestly see no single post in this thread that needs to be moderated, except possibly for noone's usual mouthing off.

You can't come here and express an opinion, and not expect to be taken to task on that opinion. You did that, and some people don't agree with your opinion. Suddenly this thread should be moderated? Who is really whining here?

The "bunch of whinning" kids are actually the "winning kids" around here. These kids broke Sentech, took Telkom to ICASA, and may very well force iBurst to reconsider their ridiculous policies. A lot of these whining kids are technically strong and IT professionals.

Be careful of whom you call kids.
 
Scenario:

You hire a gardener. You pay the garder R100 to trim the hedge, cut the grass, lay compost and water the garden.

Gardener does all the tasks, although you are not happy with the end result - gardener is fired.

Same principle, no?

It seems you have no understanding of the contract/agreement when people signed for the service.
A service was paid for that gave a certain amount of bandwidth , that would be shaped , and that when you exceeded that bandwidth , your service would be throttled to a 64K connection.

If they do no throttle you , tough luck for them , but they cannot unilaterally just terminate your connection. That is not in the package that was sold.

btw , I am NOT ONE of the people that was suspended

I could say SO much more other than "**** off from these forums and stay off" that it's not even funny, I can insult without cussing, enough to make grown men cry, but I didn't.

So be GLAD I didn't go further than I wanted to.

Absolutely. And besides, all the suspended accounts have re-instated anyway. Why do you think WBS did that?
 
On a totally off-topic note: it seems that the WBS screw-up has managed to reunite the iBurst forum. They don't realise how much trouble they've made for themselves now :D
 
Amber - I completely share your sentiments. Our connection has improved significantly since WBS chopped those bandwidth hogs. Previously, we could not even send an email.

Noone, you are a real winner aren't you. And as for theRodent I have seen you excellent moderator skills in action on this very forum a couple of days ago. Interesting that the thread has been removed.

Are you one of those people who go to a rubgy match and think when they are in a scrum they are talking about you. I have read most of the posts on this forum and you have been ridiculed many times.

Now the ever present WBS one sided reporter you are now everyone's hero.

I see a bunch of abusive guys on this forum and for your information I am not related to WBS in any way or form. I am simply stating my point of view and once again amazed by how trivial, uneducated and brash some people can be because I do not share their anger and their resentment to WBS.

Why dont you leave and find another ISP to criticize to death, it seems thats all this forum is good for.

Judging by several pm's I am not the only one who shares this view.
