Amazon - Aramex Customs Clearance

I've ordered stuff from Amazon so many times in the past. This is the first time the link in the "Customs Clearance" email doesn't work properly. Tried Google Chrome, Firefox and mobile Chrome.

All the link does is send me to an ugly Aramex page with a block to fill in: "Aramex Tracking". Anyone know what I should do? This process was fairly seemless in the past where I just fill in my phone and ID number...
 
You supplied these details to Amazon when you ordered. You don't need to supply it again, so I suspect that is why the link is dead. (The same happened to me, I ignored it, and the order arrived today anyway without any intervention or delays.)
 
Aramex *should* contact you if there's an issue like underbilling,if not package will magically arrive
