So I tried to order something on Amazon South Africa and got an email that the order got cancelled. I went on to their website and ask them to call me back. Couple of seconds later (literally) I spoked to Amazon support, them phoning me. English was 10/10. Attitude was 10/10. They even went out of their way to try help me solve the issue and check what options I have available in my area. Line and call quality was clear. The couple of seconds I had to wait for the support staff to find a solution, even the music they played was enjoyable. Also Cape Town accent, 10/10.
So for communication so far 10/10.
