Select few people can afford to make use of online services like Amazon. Here in SA, we now buy the cheapest T-shirt we can find, even if at a second-hand store and we wear that t-Shirt for 5-10 years. If there are too many tears and holes in the T-shirt, then we will try and buy a new one.

Not really. A lot of people went to their pharmacy requesting their scripts so they can go elsewhere... Most came back to Dischem the next month.
