That AMD's basically only doing it for the US markets. Europe will also see price cuts, but with a less aggressive rollout, as will Canada, but it won't be immediate. Linus has revealed before that AMD's activity in Canada is typically not very aggressive because of the exchange rate at the moment, so they have similar issues to us, though they're a bigger market. That was also the case back in his NCIX days, but for different reasons.

Something like that. AMD will go to Amazon and say, "if you sell this much in this time frame at this price, we'll reimburse you [X] amount of money for it".
