Think of this software as "WIRESHARK" for Satellites.

SkyGrabber works on INTERNET feeds. ( not other fancy stuff like Mpeg4 )

ALL that the Americans have to do is set up VPN's

Just call CISCO. :)

I laugh at ppl protecting the american people from being called stupid this sort of mentality allows them to get away with murder (real murder not just a manner of speaking) nobody questions them on a killing of thousands of innocents looking for weapons of mass destruction which are yet to be found

common guys stop with the rhetoric that if they Muslim they must be terrorist and must be killed at any cost. you are to talking about a human-being being killed

Well I wouldn't have the faintest idea about signals and receivers which is why I was asking you :P

There are mistakes, and then there are downright STUPID system design flaws...

No no, the Americans have progressed and don't burn people anymore ( unless you happened to be Vietnamese or Iraqi ).

These days they just dump you on an island and hope everyone forgets you are there.
 
The Americans aren't stupid, this was merely an oversight by one or two people. Not fair to blame the whole country

A country that has given us the technology we have today and has inspired people to dream big. Their methods might not go down well with everyone but its a tough job and somebody has to do it.

The militants are the stupid ones they actually paid $25 for software lol don't they know about bit torrent.

This was not an oversight by one or two people.

Apparently the pentagon have known about this flaw since the 90's.... this is a stupid decision by a whole organisation based on the assumption that it won't get used.... I mean what kind of security idiots are they employing in the pentagon?
 
It sort of reminds of me the story about millions that NASA poured into developing a pen that could write in space. The Soviets saved all that money by using a pencil. I don't think Americans are stupid, it seems sometimes when they are developing technology they are so big picture that they lose focus on the details.

Hey Fudzy you surprise me. That's exactly how it is. As a historian once said( his name escapes me) they stumble over the smaller details but ultimately at the end get the big picture right.
