On iBurst, it is limited to 2 "streams" on torrents, I can have 2 downloads or 1 download + 1 upload or 2 uploads only. Cannot download/upload from more than 2 peers or 1 peer for both downloading and uploading, even if other peers want/can.
It can be translated as: "To how many peers you can upload simultaneously, and from how many peers you can download simultaneously?" A rough estimate.
