So like I want to know how I can get the creams and if they are even available in SA. Like should I just ask the doctor directly to presribe?I had this a decade ago. The creams help with pain and healing, but a change in diet is the only long term solution. Surgery is a last ditch strategy.
Guy's a legend.
Nah, push hard enough so that you almost pass out. It's like kundalini meditation.
Used to think that until this happened (not my eye) , but almost identical to what happened. If you don't see stars and angels when you poo, you're not pushing hard enough.

Flip I got this before my mates wedding. I was casually cruising down the M5 in Cape Town, blindly grabbing biltong from a brown paper bag (from the Spar at Century City) when suddenly I tasted something "weird". Anyway in my ravenous hunger, I gobbled it down only to realise the smell in the vehicle was horrendous. Now I don't have the best sense of smell but the fellow occupants in the vehicle started looking around and choking.Yeah, it just gives you a really haunting look for a few days. It goes away.
Yep , although first time it happens its a little unnerving.Yeah, it just gives you a really haunting look for a few days. It goes away.
Yes, if you want a specific medication/cream that requires a prescription then just ask your doctor for it directly. Explain that you've heard good things or had it recommended by a friend/whatever. If they really feel it's a bad idea, they will explain that and perhaps offer an alternative. Also, maybe check the ingredients in the creams, if it's not available locally there's a good chance that there will be a local alternative that the doctor can suggest. So like I want to know how I can get the creams and if they are even available in SA. Thanks bro. I called them to make an appointment. If in Cape Town and surrounds... Dr Matley and Co are the best in the business --- friend had to have his surgically sealed, through a bear claw procedure as his was right close to his anal sphincter .... 6 years down the line and no further issues... https://www.surgcare.co.za/
I tried this actually. And the GP initially prescribed it (0.2% Nitroglycerine cream... which is meant to relax the muscles). Then i went to the pharmecies and NONE of them had it. But they said they could compound it if I get another prescription from the doc with the instructions. So I asked for that... and then he changes his mind and gives me some anti fungal + cortizone wtf...Yes, if you want a specific medication/cream that requires a prescription then just ask your doctor for it directly.
