It is like this all over, "Never let a good crisis go to waste", a politician's bread and butter and its party's survival. What has changed is that the internet is now broadly accessible hence messages can be pushed out quick with great reach.

I'm not trying to be funny, but how is anybody going to reach that high without scaffolding or a ladder and without sledgehammers or power tools? My guess is the tiles just fell off. Exactly and my guess is that no one visited; not his ranting missus, grieving children, loyal comrats (fat Gordhan or sly Blade) and the tiles fell of one by one long ago. Now the Walrus is loose, sudden interest and try spin the poor workmanship.
