Android App requests / Looking for an app that does X - thread

I'm looking for an Office application guys.
OfficeSuite 8 (Free version) constantly wants me to purchase Premium (costs R250) and it's starting to irritate me.
If you don't mind experimenting try AndrOpen. Android port of Openoffice.
You can even add your own fonts.

Of all the office apps I've tried, I find Officesuite to be the worst. Imo, the best is WPS (which I use fine with Swiftkey) and the runner up is Smart Office 2. Both are free.

Looking for a decent money manager app.

Basically to track my income, expenses by category. It allows for input of continuous expenses but you can change the monthly value. Sets budget amounts for each expense and notifies me when I've exceeded the budget...

then finally, produces graphs, detailing where my money is spent.

MoneyWiz is currently 60% off in the Play Store. Amazon gave it away free not too long ago, but I haven't downloaded it.

Thank you. This app is perfect. I will buy it first thing tomorrow morning!!! (left wallet in the car, too lazy to get it right now)

Yeah, best not to dawdle. It could change back to its normal price at any moment.

Im hoping someone here can send me links to the following .apk downloads.

BBC iPlayer
40D

I had them for my old Note 3 and when trying to install the .apk files on my TV, they say I need to download the latest version before I can use them. I have searched for them but with no luck so maybe someone can send the .apk files they have downloaded? Not sure if there will be a difference between phone and tablet .apk files.

Thanks in advance

Actually don't ignore please. None of the apps work. Most are for mobile phones and open up sideways. Any tips?

You're obviously using some kind of vpn, so perhaps until you can source the apk's, just go to the website directly using your browser?

I've always used Unotelly to access the iPlayer. You can download the official app off the Play Store if you're using a UK VPN.

googled but came up empty.
I have a dual sim phone, I would like to enable and disable the second sim on a schedule....i.e. 1 sim personal, 1 sim for work, no work calls after 5pm etc

any free apps you guys can think of?

I don't think it's as simple as that. I just tried with an Oman sim card in my phone that I bought in Oman, using an Oman wifi network address but using tunnel bear to access the Play Store from the UK. It still says the app is not available in my country and Play still shows the prices in Rands. It's down to the credit card registered I reckon.

A few years ago I could change store by changing the sim card to a UK one or whatever, but now that seems not to work anymore.

I dunno, I'm confused.

It is as simple as that. I activate my VPN frequently and it works fine. My sim card or credit card has never mattered.

Are you talking about accessing the UK Play Store on your phone by using a VPN?

I've got Unotelly hard coded into my router for streaming at home and a Tunnel Bear account for my devices when I'm on the road, and I've not been able to access the UK Play Store using a VPN or whatever for about 3 years.

As I say, I bought this phone in Oman last week, it's got an Oman sim card and I access the internet using local wifi. The phone has never been near SA but because I've signed into my google account, the prices are shown in Rands and even uninstalling the Play Store then activating Tunnel Bear and reinstalling the Play Store while 'in the UK' still doesn't work. Hasn't done for a few years although it used to.
