Yeah i think i might go for it. Its not that expensive considering what it offers.
 
Transdroid - Use it to control your uTorrent and other torrent apps remotely...Tested it last night both over Wifi and 3G, both worked. Could also search for a torrent using the app, and add it...Works very well:-)

Ah sweet I was looking for something like this, hate it when I get to work and new torrents have been added... Will try to setup tonight.
 
The market had 13 updates available this morning. Seems like everyone updating with fixes/changes for FroYo or sometimes just enabling the option of installing to SD. At least when HTC releases 2.2 then all the apps should be working well with it.

- Data tracking : Netcounter (measures both 3G & wifi traffic)
- Game : Homerun Battle 3D
- Typing : Swype

With netcounter, the wifi traffic counter does not work on the Desire.

I used both netcounter and 3G watchdog. I think 3G watchdog is more accurate, cant be sure though. After a while there was a difference between the usage shown by 3G watchdog and netcounter. 3G watchdog showed higher usage - i prefer it indicate more usage then less.
 
If you like widgets on the desktop to quickly switch to silent/vibrate, switch on/off bluetooth, wifi, GPS, Autorotate, autosync, lockpattern, and set brightness (only when the normal power control widget isn't enough) search for CurveFish in the market. Very nice!

Nope, didnt see that... though urban dictionary download a free dictionary app. Im sure they wont be happy about that.

Wonder if encyclopedia dramatica has an app :P
 
yxplayer - First media player I found which actually plays .avi files. No perfect yet but it works.
 
Hi guys, just some apps I think yall should have a look at:

Apps:
- Handcent SMS: Great messaging app
- Quick Settings: Never used Power Controls before but this has all the same stated functionality and more
- ThickButtons: Great app for those who struggle when using the portait qwerty keyboard
- 3G Watchdog: For those of you who want only your 3G/GPRS/EGDE traffic to be tracked i.e. NOT your Wifi traffic

Games (too many to explain each one, but all are definitely worth a try):

Question, on Handcent SMS when you get a sms your little notification light at the speaker turns blue, does anyone know if you can do the same for the default messaging app in 2.1?

Turn off notifications in the default mailer.
 
sigh...need to root this thing... Low on disc space already cause nothing can install on the SD card!
 
Wow! Radiant is such a good quality game....simple idea taken to the next level...you guys should try it!
