Syncme:
Brilliant syncing over wifi app. Easy and quick to setup and its quiet fast, sync'd about 5 gigs in around 30 min, its not usb cable speeds but hey the fact that its over wifi and easy makes up for that. You can also set whether to copy from pc to device only and vice versa or just to pc/device. You can also set times when it should sync.

VLCDIRECT:
One of the best apps I have used, allows you to stream over wifi, I have my hard drive connected to my router and I can browse the list of movies and stream it to my laptop which is connected to my tv. Little bit difficult to setup tho

The creator of Aircalc and Air Browser broght out another gem for tablet users that like floating applications

AirTerm (floating terminal)

Paid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myboyfriendisageek.airterm

Gone are the days of trying to switch back and forth, and wasted screen real estate. AirTerm can live on top of your screen, above any of your other applications and allow you to use your device’s other features. Enjoy the desktop experience on your Android device!

Access your Android's built-in Linux command line shell with AirTerm. Geek Power!

AirTerm comes with an optionnal busybox/ssh/vim/rsync (and many more) installation for non rooted devices through Kevin Boone's KBOX.

Great for Eee Tab users that have a Keyboard and enjoy the laptop like experience.

Works on Phones with ICS ROMs as well, so if you have a phone with a sliding keyboard this one's for you.
