Downloaded some videos onto my phone and want to transfer them to my ipad without using my pc any idea of an app.

The problem is not the Android phone side, you can mimic a pc with apps like Samba, FTP Server, or even WEBDAV for serving the data, or if the other device can run any file transfer server like FTP or SMB, ES File manager will support it.

Your problem is iOS, for me I found that Air sharing does the trick but I am sure if you ask in the iPhone section you might get more/cheaper apps to do the trick. Note: you need an app that supports play back as well as remote access on iOS as you can not move the file around on said device.

Oh and another option might be not transfering them at all, and just use Air or DLNA streaming server on your Android to stream the media?

This is tightly integrated to Google+ and to be able to play games against "friends" you need to have them in your Google+ circles.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't have that many friends on Google+ that I can play games with/against.

Long been searching for a good contacts replacement app... believe I've finally found it.

Contacts+ : http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.contapps.android

Still need to check it out even further, but I'm loving it so far. Integrates better with Google+ and Facebook to pull updates from there right within the app. Obviously also for profile pics. Think it also grabs profile pics from whatsapp, but not too sure yet with that.

Has a merge duplicates function.

Has a dark and light theme. Is easy on the eyes.

In my opinion.
 
Not sure if this has been posted before, but I just noticed that Google Earth is now available for download on the local play store.
 
Popup widgets... Widgets pop out out of an icon.. Saves tons of space on the homescreens
