South Africans are known around the world for putting up with poor service. It's about time someone takes a stand.

The other problem I have is the tons of "legal" mumbo jumbo we as ordinary people have to deal with. I think it is unrealistic to expect a customer to understand literally pages of terms and conditions. Greater effort should be taken in making the critical points stand out.
It's an integral part of the scam these big companies are running. They deliberately make it as complicated as possible and put in place as many pitfalls as they can get away with. They don't want those things standing out, they want the ordinary individual falling into their traps.
