Another Afrihost ToS change.

I arrived home today, and my line was acting very badly. ( I have a 4MB afrihost uncapped account )

I called Afrihost, expecting them to tell me that the country was under strain from FIFA, and I would have moved on.

They informed me, that because I pulled more than 50 GB's in 10 days ( yes, a lot, but I am supposed to be throttled after 100 only ), I am now throttled to 512k.. ( Instead of 1MB after 100GB )

Anyway, after arguing with the agent, I had him release the throttle, and I would be more careful with the line, and I thought that would be that.

Nope, now I'm throttled again, and posting this from my 1GB afrihost account.

Teaches me for posting in support of Afrihost every time they were bashed..

EDIT:

Less than 24 hours later, I'm back up and running awesomely with a temp account until the admins get in to fix it properly on monday.

And once again, Afrihost came through for me.

This morning, I submitted another support request, they informed me that the admins wouldn't be in until monday, and so they gave me a temporary account to use until they do come in.

That is why I've stuck with them so long.
 
So have they changed there ToS again or what?
 
And suddenly authentication fails for Afrihost - with a freekin recorded message on the telephone system - SMS help to blablabla...! WTH!? Soccer, and service gets suspended!?:mad:

It NOT my line, as Axxess and IS direct accounts are normal.

Drop their support address an email, they took 10 minutes to sort me out this morning
