Another DSTV channel shuffle

They can number the channels anyway they like. Just wish they'd change their programming as often as they change the numbers. There are way too many repeats

Just when we are used to the new channel numbers, DSTV is changing them again

They have been running a ad on Discovery all day, News and entertainment channels are changing on 1 May. News channels will be 400 and up

Damn.

And now DSTV has loaded SSXT and SSXT2 in the 190 range instead of the sports 200 range - what was the point of the channel shuffles if DSTV themselves aren't going to stick to this rule moving forward - seems plain stupid to me...

That does seem rather strange. But won't at least one of those be the HD channel which will show other content after the olympics? Which would make some sense not to have it in the 200 range. But then the other one I don't know. Maybe they figured let's just the other one next to the HD one.
