So these guys are going from bad to worse. No reply on WhatsApp and hold time is 16 minutes then when it goes to 1 minute it jumps up to 5 minutes.
My issue is that with the cell c fixed LTE migration to Telkom they want to be charging me the amount of R349 when the telkom sim only is R299.
So this cannot be rectified on their system and I have to cancel the migration and sign up again separately.
Note I don’t have a device with them that needs repaying.
How to do this I ask. On the client zone they said.
But guess what? You can’t cancel it on the client zone.
So I need to have this done but can’t hold on for another 20 minutes on the line.
Clearly I won’t be signing up with them again.
@AfriMan @AfriGuy please assist with the cancellation.
