about antamedia
you are not alone in this. i bought this software 2 1/2 months ago. as soon as i installed it i had a problem......it was incredibly slow. for a whole month i was going back an forth e-mailing and waiting for their slow response. finally i gave up. i asked for a refund and they refuse because as soon as they send me a password they cannot change it according to their policy. one of my computers don't work anymore because it used up all my RAM. the customer support then told me that my server needs to run on XP as well as all my client PCs. so why did their website said it was Vista compatible? why are they selling a $350 software that is bugged and not really up to date with windows vista?
just last week i tried to use this software for the last time (i updated all clients 5.6.6, everyone was on fixed IP, server was on dynamic, matched the number of clients and finally turned off the user account control.) all the computers were on and my server was working smoothly. as soon as one computer goes on sleep mode all hell breaks loose. the server frozed up agian. i had to use ctrl+alt+del to close it. i just got robbed $500 because of buying this software, i had to buy new memory for the computer that broke down and re-install its hard drive.
if i get no solution after this post then i'm considering antamedia.com a fraud and i strongly recommend anyone, who is planning to start an internet cafe for the first time, not to buy this software. please do not go what i went through
