Any Django/Python experts on here?

An architect friend of mine had someone develop a system for him, but the guy caught on a whole lot of kak, so he reached out to me to find out if I can help, obviously I don't know these languages and even if I did, I don't have the time right now. I'm kind of disappointed that I can't help him because I'm his goto guy when it comes to IT "things".

Anybody on here who can help? I'll mediate and set you guys up with a Zoom meeting or something so he can explain what he needs done. Of course he'll pay, but please don't rip my friend off

It might be helpful to say if your friend needs a whole new system, a new extension to the current system, or maintenance fix for a problem on the current system.
