Any guide for vpn forward setup on linux/windows?

Hey guys.

Anybody have guide to setup service on windows or Linux for the following:

Connect to warp plus VPN service.
Then allow internal network devices to use that server as gateway to route traffic through the warp plus VPN.

I basically want warp plus on my apple TV 4k, but the app is only for iPhone and iPad and not TV OS lol

Also want maybe route some other devices though it.
