Same here - both our MWEB ADSL and MWEB-hosted servers (Cape Town) have been dropping connections all day, most recently a few minutes ago.

I'm in Randvaal between Heidelberg, Alberton and Meyerton and the last 24 hours the internet is up and down constantly and BCS Net tells me it is Telkom and Telkom say it is my ISP... but it seems that it is a problem.
ADSL uncapped 4Meg.
They never admit things that affect anyone else - just an observation. Always asking specific people for their account details so it's handling singly and in private.Also having issues all day today so as helpful as you are Mweb Guy (Really it is appreciated) I doubt account details are going to grant you much insight to this large scale issue.
