Anyone else get no increase this year?

You are not alone. The frustrating thing is that they could have afforded to because they made a huge profit.

I would have understood if that wasn't the case.

lets just say between 3-5 .. eish!

edit: but wack thing is, now we have to do tripple work for less than inflation related increase...

No increase is effectively a decrease if you take into account inflation. Some of you guys seem to have it pretty bad, sorry to hear :(

At my next performance review I'm actually thinking of negotiating a day off each week at my current salary, as opposed to a salary increase. Right now the time off is worth more to me.

no increase, no christmas party, no bonuses here :(

I would LOVE to do that (have a day off).

But fck, I know 1) they won't allow it. 2)If I manage to do it, they will phone me for support and the next day I would just have to work the day in because of the amount of work...

I feel for you guys, I know what it feels like. Can’t complain this year got increase twice once in May and my annual increase in October. I actually don’t know why I got increase in May, maybe because we were expecting our first baby.

7% For my student Job. Although been there for three years

15% so not too bad but nothing exciting. Company hasn't had a good year at all so bonus was abt 50% sal last year and going to be 0 this year.
