Anyone else getting really slow ADSL?

Hi,

my web browsing for some reason (and online gaming [keep getting disconnected]) is really slow. Im in Vincent, East London and i use a 384kbps ADSL Line with Incredible Connect (although on a speedtest it says cybersmart).

Pages are loading really slow, even slower than dial up. I tried doing a speedtest on MyBB, it freezes and on speedtest, it doesnt do anything after the "Loading screen".

What is going on?

Local still good (1Mb/s uncapped)

International ping is over 300 and DL is down to half. UL is steady...

Has been slow for me in Joburg this morning, but seems to be fine now ( for this time at night) am on mweb 384 uncapped shaped

I cannot get onto some local sites and if I do manage to, if I refresh then I get nothing.

10kB/s is the max i can get browsing and dloading with telkom. But this happens for 2 weeks every month.

Gmail is k[-]a[/-]k slow, but works on my side.

It's kinda working but I am unable to sign into the chat feature and it shows broken links on almost all the emails although they do come in or at least one came in so I think that is working. I get a 504 gateway error on one site and other sites dont load at all.

Leave him, I sold my spade to Cash Converters just to get enough money for my 384k line now I can't dig any deeper.

It's only R100 more a month, you can't even buy a decent meal at a restaurant for that anymore.
