Anyone else having mega issues with Domaincheap?

Been supporting these guys for a while now, all of a sudden service levels have plummeted, no answers received to support tickets, number ringing off, etc

I know of Webafrica's buyout but seriously, am I dealing with the worst transition ever?
 
Expect to get an answer in four days time. I used to host with them and about a week ago I moved my sites to Elitehost. They used to be good but not anymore. My advise, look for alternative hosting provider.
