Does anyone have a solution enabling me to register on Cell C's website in order to check my data balance?

Irrespective of which browser I use, entering my number and then deciphering the captcha in order to get a password (i.e. to create the account) plunges me into a loop which insists the account does not exist -- which is precisely why I am trying to register!

Trying the only other option on the log-in page, simply logging in, produces the same result. Is this a general problem perhaps?

For some reason USSD balance checks no longer work through MDMA or the Cell C dashboard since this weekend, which is why I'm trying to go this route. Having to transfer the SIM to a phone to check is simply a pain.

Any ideas out there?

I'm experiencing the same problem ....tried last night and again this morning but no luck...think something wrong with their site.

Hi, as can be seen on the image above I also can't request a password to log in to my account to check my balance. I know there are other ways to check your balance but I have to use the one via the website because I have a 2gig data contract sim being used in a huawei b683 router.

I have registered a Cell C prepaid sim a few months ago and can log into it no problem, so it seems it is only a "registration bug"?

I've given up on CellC. Took two months for someone to phone me to change my EFT details (they actually phoned me yesterday).

Been struggling for two months to also get into the portal to block a SIM that got stolen - still no progress with CellC on this issue.

Thank goodness I've kept my major contract with Vodacom.

Has anyone gotten the registration process to work on the Cell C website? Because I still can't get my number registered to check my data bundle balance...

There's still no register option and the "captcha" code don't seem to work. What can I do??:wtf:

I can successfully access my data balance from CellC using the "My Account" link on their website using FireFox 17.0.1 on Windows XP SP3 as well as FireFox 17 on Linux Mint 14. Just take note of your cell number and the password. It helps to tick the "Remember Me" checkbox.
