Anyone have experience with JCW Hosting?

I'm currently looking for web hosting and have thus far narrowed it down to JCW Hosting or Elitehost based on price, disk space and traffic. I have another site hosted with Elitehost and am happy with their service, but they do not offer free domain registration with annual payment as JCW Hosting does at the moment.

Does anyone here use JCW Hosting? Are they reliable/ offer good customer service?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I use them, and have for the last few years.
They seem to be quite small but their service is fast and efficient (especially if you phone them).

I used them a while back, I can tell you its run by one guy (don't know if it's still the case) from Oudtshoorn.

Never had any issues with them though

I read some reviews about JCW hosting and its positive. you can get one host for your site.
