Apple could add a pricier "Ultra" to its iPhone lineup

Apple could introduce an iPhone "Ultra" model with a heftier price tag than the rest of its lineup, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.

During an Apple earnings call, CEO Tim Cook said he believes the company's customers could be persuaded to pay more for iPhones in response to a question regarding the sustainability of the iPhone's rising average sales price.

Inflation caused by big companies asking for more and more :(

Will be interesting to see what the iPhone 15 Ultra entails; I have also been hearing rumours of an Ultra model.

Will consider an upgrade when the iPhone 16 series drops; my iPhone 13 Pro still holding out well.

It will probably be the exact same specs as the top of the range iPhone but with a price tag just a bit more than the Fold 4 so that the iPeople can brag that their phones are the most expensive main stream phone again.

Its about their chips, the normal iPhones wont need a new M chip every year but they need to show off their new tech, the ultra will have the latest chip, the normal iPhones will have normal M2 chips which is already overkill
