Apple lawsuit against Google thrown out

How many of these court cases are left... seems like we're nearing the end, a lot more reports of cases concluding than new ones being bought forward. Finally.

When it is US vs US it is so different compared to when it is US vs Korea ...

This again shows that Apple wants everything on their own terms (arrogance) ... and the process is stopped. Microsoft on the other hand is willing to accept the judge's decision ... so there things will go ahead.

Why be like that Apple?! You don't have to be like that, really. You are doing well enough so you really can afford to portray a bit of a friendlier more cooperative image. The image we see more and more is that of a banana (apple?) republic dictator.

An Apple lawsuit against Google’s Motorola Mobility unit over alleged patent abuse was thrown out on Monday just hours before trial, a setback for the iPhone maker in its efforts to gain leverage in the smartphone patent wars.

Wait a minute .. an Apple lawsuit against Google MM for patent abuse? Are you ****ing kidding me? Patent abuse is the Apple forte.

What a bunch of clowns Apple turned out to be.

At least you are man enough to take it on the chin! ;)
We knew what you meant!

I would love to see an end to these ridiculous lawsuits from all sides.
