Apple releases iTunes update for Mac and PC

I am not updating iTunes anymore, since they removed independent 'donwloads' window and replaced it with inconvenient drop-down combo box.

They've done away with the App Store in iTunes. It's movies, TV and music now and the App Store is only on your device. If you're using an iPhone or a Mac its a really big deal.

Access to the downloading list is required due to the odd iTunes behaviour. When I try to download the app which had been previously purchased, but not present in the local library, it triggers downloading all previously purchased items. In a few seconds downloading window is filling up with a hundred previously purchased items. In the old version of iTunes I can select one item, press CTRL+A and remove all items from the list. In the new iTunes version I have to delete each item one a time.

Fair enough. However, what you’re describing never happened to me.

Why would you download an App in iTunes?

Surely you do that on your iPhone/iPad?

Agreed. I always liked the ability to push an app from the browser to the device. Apple does support something similar with Automatic App Downloads. So in the past if you downloaded an app in iTunes and Automatic App Downloads was enabled on your phone and or iPad it would automatically install the app on each device. It even works with the Apple TV, that is if that app is available for that platform. So it doesn’t really matter on which device you install the app, it automatically gets installed on every device where Automatic App Downloads is enabled.

I would respond to this question with details as you seem to have unlimited Internet connection which makes things simple. The side effect is that your brain is not fully utilised and makes you stupid and confused when it comes to deal with real issues. However I will not do it to the member who posted this:
