Apple unveils updated MacBooks

Apple has announced hardware upgrades across its range of MacBook computers.

Lovely machines. Well done, Apple. An updated bone with some meat for MacBook fans.

My own sense is that innovation and excitement in laptops and desktops still eludes Apple and has shifted decisively to the major Windows IHVs. And I suspect the gap will widen when WOA ships.

Still, a MacBook is a desirable bit of tech for some.

As someone who uses Windows 10 every day, I wasn't aware it was broken. Or had serious issues.

Maybe you can shed light then on what is wrong with Windows 10. I'm wondering how I've missed its terrible shortcomings when I use it every day.

I use a Macbook. I run solely Windows on it with no issues. Most probably the last macbook I will purchase thou. There's finally some great Windows hardware out now.

This is an amazing year for tech. AMD forced Intel to revise their consumer and HEDT offerings and other manufacturers have forced Apple to lower their prices. Because let's face it, neither Intel or Apple would drop or change in such a manner were it not for fierce competition.

Do yourself a favour and don't use Miscrosoft's sponsored Surface Pro for such slopy advertising. You will smile more, for now you are doing very stressed job indeed.
