Apple's iPad 2 Event

iPad 2 available Mar 11 in US, Mar 25 in some other countries, but not SA.

Anyone want to buy 64GB Wifi+3G iPad around Easter? I wanna get a white iPad 2. It's thinner than the iPhone 4!
 
iMovie on the iPad. Very cool!

A person will be able to record, edit and upload their boring holiday on FB/You Tube before you even drive back home from your holiday.
 
APPLE'S summary of the iPad 2:

Faster, lighter, thinner.
Cameras and FaceTime.
iOS 4.3
iMovie and GarageBand.
Same battery life.
Same prices.
Black and white.
Smart Covers"

First 2, nice upgrades...the rest, meh!

By then we'll have Motorola, Blackberry, HTC etc. with Android 3 (which looks awesome btw). iPad 1 will go at a 50% discount in six months.

Did you just low-ball my actual existent iPad in comparison against vapour-ware devices? Stuff that hasn't been released yet, that you have no idea what the price is going to be?

You don't have to buy my three-month old, second-hand, obsolete, thick, slow, uncool iPad. You're welcome to get a Galaxy Tab if you want - or some Elonex tablet.

And I'm looking forward to some excellent bargains. Make no mistake, I want your old iPad. :)

Xoom is out and looks freakin AWESOME.
 
You should run down to your nearest VodaShop and go and buy one then.
 
If I was able to lay my hands on an iPad 2, within the next week or two, how well would it sell? Any advice would be appreciated.
