I'm having the same issue with the FNB promo code. Tried different cards as well [/QUOTE

how do you use the fnb promo code? should it work with any check out method? (paypal, visa checkout, new credit card)
and must you pay with the the card used? its first 6 numbers 123456SHIP ?

Some people received emails that the promo was going to end 30 April 2018.
It looks as if this is true, as the FNB promo no longer works.

Avoid. They don't send to shipping forwarders. Complaints worldwide.

They accepted my FNB card last year December but immediately reversed the transaction upon checkout. I suspect it's the 3D Secure verification that may be to blame but can't say for sure. Tested this three times. Don't know whether the situation has changed in the meantime though?

Apart from that there's also the shipping forwarders issue Dee mentioned.

Try Taobao. Use Chrome to translate the Chinese into English. See earlier in this thread on how to add Chinese address.

Only order from the most popular sellers, as the local Chinese know they are the manufacturers. If a seller is only selling one item, then they probably don't have it anymore. If the seller says they are selling 23455 of that item, then they manufacture it for you.

Send to Shanghai, not HK. If sending to Hong Kong the shipper's have to hand over to HK shipper's at border, and things get lost. Trust me, I know.

It is worth trying, especially if you link your card through PayPal so you can claim if they don't deliver.

Customs clearance takes days, and is out of Aramex hands. Be nice to Olivia, she is awesome, but can only do so much.

Ebay seller sent someone elses 2.4KG package to my AGS address. He did send my package there and thats cool, but I dont want to pay for this 2.4KG package and I definitely dont want it to come to SA.

Said she is not in today. Spoke to someone else who sent me an email, who I replied back to it doesnt belong to me. Apparently it can only be held there for 30 days without invoice. Wonder why they cant return to sender.

I think Flex has a return service, but I dunno for sure. It just says 30% off - Return Service.
If of value, I would just accept parcel anyway and sell here. You would have to create an invoice, but state it is an incorrect delivery.
Don't let the guys in whatever origin it has been sent to keep it.

I ordered a small electronic part for BMW E46.
The wrong item, is bumper support (whats written on the label in the image). Of little use to most people, wont be easy to sell either.

Oh dear. I was thinking Amazon echo.
I don't know the procedure on how to refuse a parcel, but I guess you have to contact Aramex and then just don't pay for it.
