yup, Aramex have conditioned its clients to crap service, here is my parcel from DHL today, cleared within 10 minutes

I am really missing the FNB promo. I am on Flex, which makes things cheaper. but the R75 off per parcel would have helped when I get 10 parcels arrive in Shanghai origin at the same time.

That is true. DHL is wonderful for the super-fast shipments, but they're expensive. You pay for quality service.
Aramex Global shipper is slower, and yes, they have shipping agents that take time to submit to customs and release parcels, but slow and steady is okay, as long as we receive the parcels.
It also sure beats the post office.

No, but he lives in the US and knows how to send a parcel. What is it Aramex does beyond that?

Anyone else having issues with payments on Aramex?
I'm trying to pay customs duty and it just takes me to a blank page after I've entered my card details and clicked Checkout. Same results on IE and Chrome.

Roundabout way is to link your card to PayPal and pay that way. I had to do this when using my ABSA card as the Aramex webpage totally refused to allow me to use it.
FNB? No problem. ABSA? Get stuffed.
