I have tried everything, I guess the next step is to wait untill they decide to upload it :mad:
 
Has anyone tried AliExpress to Hong Kong lately ? I had a package delivered there roughly 2 weeks ago but nothing is showing up in my app.

Oh, I have 3 of those.
One for a shipment of R1500.
One for a shipment of R950.
The third is only R553.
A total pain, as I have to reorder ASAP.
This is why we always make sure AGS Protect is checked, right?

I have a parcel stuck in port health.
Aramex say port health was closed in July, and they've just opened up in August, with only 4 staff.
Aramex have 6000 parcels waiting to be cleared

This is the first time I used AGS , and was a bit apprehensive .... it took 9 days from delivery to AGS in Germany ... (17 days from initial order), and arrived today. All in all a good response.

Cleared customs on the 12th ... also had a "no-status-change" day yesterday, then suddenly this morning received an SMS stating it's out for delivery ... and then received at 13H00

Yeah I’ve used them before without issue, but check the tracking number with aramex and claim it, as last time I used them they never put the account number in the address.

Quoting this for r4ndom, input the sf express tracking number into aramex to claim the package. I bet they omitted your account number.

Yes, thats a good idea Thanks !!! I'll mail them with the tracking number and see what they say.

Or just do it online yourself. Aramex allows you to use the SF tracking number to see if they have received it.
