Aramex global shopper

Unfortunately. There are some things you can do.

1. Majority of a tracking, including some of the SA tracking is available on 17track.

Once 17 Track shows it landed in SA, usually a singular line like "Incomming JHB xxx" (yes SAPO can't spell incoming), then you move on to

2. Sometimes 17track say @ delivery office, then check http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/
I have a note that "Arrival at delivery office ZA15223" is not final office, but still Cape Mail Hub. But I think my local delivery office lied. At this step, its actually at my local delivery office accodring to the delivery truck that delivered it there, however they have then not scanned it in yet so I am actually a day too early there. So I generally wait a day or 2 after that line to go pick it up. Anyways, this URL gives better tracking than https://trackingnew.postoffice.co.za/ (using the international tracking code) most of the time, which only list Incomming and delivered I think.
Thanks, this is what it states (see attached pic) -
I assume its in SA

Dispatched...thats new. Sounds like its sent to the next step, where-ever that is. Sometimes its to the next thing at JIMC itself sometimes to another hub before going to your actual delivery office.

I have bought on aliexpress a couple of times without any problem and shipping with AGS via Hong Kong, I wanted to place an order on Monday and was asked to verify my account which I did and they said it will take 24hrs now it's been more that 72 and still not verified and I can't pay for my order. They dont accept paypal, customer service not helpful at all.

I’ve had items move from JIMC to post office that take just under a month.

My new record with SAPO was 7 months last year. Beating out a previous record of sending something to the Philippines via Seamail which took 5 months.
My package sent in Jan tracking hasn't updated since Feb 03 I've tried contacting nada even went to my local post office they were no help guess I can expect it around Christmas time

Anyone use myus.com ?
I did. One thing to be aware of is you need to pay a monthly membership fee unless all your packages come from a single source. They do combine packages, which is useful. Another thing to be mindful of is that their budget shipping options get handed off to SAPO...

I haven't used them in a while though, so can't speak for their current situation/quality.

I've always used the budget option and never dealt with sapo. Always been courier, fedex and now aramex. They would never meet the delivery time if they used sapo.

Interesting. I need to take a look at my account and see if the order details are still there. The items were definitely handed over to SAPO for final delivery for the option I used.

So my package details was still in the system. It was shipped via "Fedex Intl Connect." It was then handed over to USPS before leaving the country.

At the time I thought that the budget option was just low-priority shipping that would take a bit longer than normal courier shipping. Was quite miiffed when I discovered it came via normal mail.

When shipping did you specifically choose "fedex intl connect" , or was it just 'budget economy' and then they sent it with this service?
Probably they realised it doesn't to south Africa and stopped using it for us

I'm not actually sure. I think it might have been marked as that. I had no idea what it was of course - I just saw FedEx and assumed it was a low-priority courier delivery. Bad assumption as it turned out. No surprise that they're no longer offering it.
