Maybe one of you can explain something to me...
If you want Fibre or LTE, most ISP's will give you free routers and free installations.
Why dont the mainstream ISP's want to offer/subsidise wireless connections ? Unless you sign 24 month contracts, you need to pay R thousands to get connected.
From a cost and maintenance point of view I cannot imagine that setting up microwave dishes are more expensive than digging trenches for miles.
What am I missing?
