Are speeds capped on this package?

Hi there, I am considering getting the lte 220gb+220gb telkom prepaid package, just need to know if speeds are capped on it like on some other packages. Heard from some people that night surfer speeds are capped and I don't know if this is true.

What do you get capped to if I may ask? If its 10 or more then its still good in my book, currently get 85mbps normally with telkom

I buy this package sometimes. Whenever I bought it, I had the 450GB for R59 night time mo-nice deal available. I haven't noticed any speed throttling on that deal.
