The coast would have been nice, but not the right time financially. And these days literally scared of the traffic going down there

I have never gone away during the Easter weekend for the last 40+ years. To many idiots on the roads and at the popular holiday places that tend to forget their manners at home. Then everybody becomes a typical VW Polo, wannabe VW GTI driver.;)

No, the kids sport tours with the schools cost a sudden 12k this month. But in a sense we have a break at home as the kids are not here.

Went away once over Easter, to Cape Town, and it was one helluva mistake so no. I live at the coast anyway so I’m not sure where I would want to go.

Kids are both going away with friends so it’s going to be a chilled weekend.

Come to Jo'burg, you can watch the criminals in action and see the streets explode

Was considering it, visiting some family. But then got a heart attack after calculating the petrol costs. So I will be staying home , drink coffee, and go to Church.

Will be watching the tourists going bananas here in the Midlands.

Yes but not a holiday, using easter to go to East London and visit brother and family but also his daughters child's ( our god child ) christening.
