This thread is not to bring up conspiracy theories or racist paranoia, I'd like to see at what point people will start taking threats seriously.
Looking at the frequency, tone and aggression of the comments regarding white people coming from the ruling party and the apparent support that endears from the general population(and some forum members), I'm being reminded of the lead up to the events in Rwanda right before 1994, Yugoslavia in 1995 and of course Germany in 1938.
I've recently heard acquaintances(professional, educated people) who previously thought things where generally fine and only cared about their careers, sports and cars begin to seriously discuss the possibility that the ANC wants to instigate a civil war and genocide. People appear to be making plans.
So my questions are;
:edit. In light of the emotional and exacerbated responses let me clarify. I'm interested in your opinions from a psychological POV. I'm not trying to push an agenda. I was thinking about what a friend of mine said when they fled Yugoslavia. They where also called crazy, idiots and all kinds of colour full swear words. But they where safe in Botswana when **** went down. That got me thinking, at what point does crazy become sane?

So my questions are;
- For those who see a similar situation brewing here, do you have plans yet on how you will escape and protect your family? What event would tell you that it's time to leave?
- For those who think it will not happen, what specifically will be a tipping point would convince you that a point of no return has been reached?
