Have to say my experience of having fibre installed by Vumatel has been quite disappointing.
Install finished on Monday at about 11am. As at today I am still not connected and I am being told about how my service has to be provisioned by a Swedish company because there are apparently 2 profiles linked to my account.
I had on Friday (30 June) applied for a Cool Ideas account (got an email on Monday for their client zone and collected the router on the same day). When I phoned Cool Ideas I was then taken through shop.vumatel.co.za and applied again for the package I had applied for on Friday. I am wondering if this is not the source of all the problems.
In the meanwhile I wait frustrated.
