Don't want to start another thread on this, but the DA MEC just gave them a luxury R54m office block in a National Park.

I would say there was a kickback somewhere here. Nothing else explains the looney decisions better.

Apparently it is only the private ambulances eg Netcare that must pay.

Regardless, having to stop, find cash etc with a critical patient in the back is ludicrous.

Who employs such stupid people ?
