That are 20+ years ago, today is 20 years later and we have a whole other situation, political violence and xenophobia are still thriving.

The problem with the PTA zoo is that the internal parking is fairly limited. This means that a lot of the visitors have park outside on the street opposite the taxi rank. Armed groups from the taxi rank have started to specialize in the zoo visitors, acting under direction of the car guards. If you park out there then there is a good chance that you will be targeted. It would be better to get to the zoo early and get a parking spot inside. The one drawback is that the same car guards are now starting to appear inside the zoo, so there is a chance that the attacks will move in there as well.
JHB has a nice zoo if you want to take your kids on an outing.

Stop smoking drugs. My uncle s house in soweto was raided many times by the cops for no reason without a warrant to do so. Mom got arrested a 3 times while dad lost count and both are very good people by the way. The cold hard truth is that ANC>NP.

You probably mean to imply the ANC ****ed things up, but from the way you're speaking in this thread it comes across as if you're saying 'black people ****ed things up'. That Soweto comment was a bit douchey though.

Nope. That assumption is not true. I did however try and figure out why the statements which I guestioned were made. In principle the cANCer fscked things up. These kinds of reports will not come out if they did their job. From the way you answered my post, it looks like you are looking for a racist argument. I'm not interested in that, so you would have to go look elsewhere for that if that is what you are after.
