How do we know he had 1000 crocs?

I'm pretty sure he had a record of his stock but hey I think he should just release all is crocks into the river and buy new ones.

Yeah, but the point is that if he can't prove ownership he can't just bag the ones he captures - because they naturally occur there.

If I lived around there, for my part, the guy could catch every facking one of them and then him and whatever department can handle the niceties of topping the river back up to its pre-cluster**** levels. To me, it's not a time to be cute about whatever the EA is being cute about here in the midst of an artificial croc pop. explosion. Just get the mother****ers off the street and then figure it all out imo, and if he gets a bit of a croc windfall out of it, so be it.

There are procedures and protocols because that's the way things work. He didn't mark his crocs, so he cannot claim any. End of story. The law is pretty clear cut.
