Article: Gareth Cliff arrested for speeding

Listen boet, I'm not trying to tie a knot in your balls here, but some idiot jumping a red <> speeding ... which is ,I think, the point Fudzy is trying to make

I get that, still he had had speed to come across quickly :D

All I wanted to say is that one cannot casually make a statement like that without having someone being killed in an accident. It imho seems insensitive.

I can understand that some (and this is my actual point) might get upset and appear as fanatic or lunatic because they like myself had to loose a lot of people due to accidents. I myself can't help to instantly connect someone that speeds to someone that might have killed someone I still know, because of having this happened to me more than 7 times.

It really becomes a sensitive point:
If you ever had to watch a father trying to comfort his daughter because of her husband is now dead or a mother that is having a total nervous break down, both because of reckless drivers, you'd also feel emotionally broken down and most definitely not just say with ease that your accusers/naysayers is now sommer stupid. Unless of course you are a rock and has no feelings.

Obviously it is not that 100% of people driving fast is your people that drives recklessly, but trust me it takes one err, not always yours to cause a fatal or serious accident.

Yes all of them was victims of speedsters part 1. Myself almost died because of a T-Bone because some idiot jumped a red.... I'm bit confused as how "someone caught" is going to change those facts.

What are you really asking? Do you think it's all made up stories?

Well that's what really happened here, somebody was caught speeding. The only reason why it's news worthy is because the guy is a semi-celebrity. If he had crashed into a group of school children while drunk and high, different story. Thankfully he got caught speeding and didn't actually kill/maim anyone in the process.
