Thanks goodness for a completely independent judiciary.....
Malema has a very good advocate, Laurence Hodes SC, so don't count him out. This guy got guys like Agliotti, Moti, etc off the hook, so the prosecutors are in for a tough battle. If Malema affords to pay his legal fees, then I think he will win this case. It's the most ridiculous case any shareholder has ever been charged of in South Africa.
