“Stop hurting South Africa”, Telkom CEO, Sipho Maseko, told MTN and Vodacom in an open letter published in the Sunday Times of 2 March 2014. This follows legal action by Vodacom and Cell C after the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published new call determination rates which will favour Telkom Mobile and Cell C.

Shouldn't it be: "legal action by Vodacom and MTN" ??
