So a third party (the DA) makes a press release/statement, none of the other media houses reporting on this statement mentions e-tolls for the Western Cape, but just because GFIP is mentioned your team thinks they must mean e-tolls?
They will not implement e-tolls for that because they know people will use it and not pay if they don't get the buy in. With conventional tolls you can't use it without paying.
The reason the GFIP is mentioned is because its the comparable project, urban tolling after upgrading existing roads and infrastructure, after spatial development has already taken place due to existing free roads, not due to the tolling method.
All I want it for the facts to be correct.
