Article: Nkandla fence falling apart

Less than two years after it was erected, the multi million rand high-security perimeter fence around President Jacob Zuma's Nkandla home is falling apart, Sunday Times reported.

The newspaper said it had visited Nkandla and found parts of the fence entirely broken and other sections patched with logs and other objects.

I can repair it for cheap, 20M. I'll even enroll at the ANC for this price :D

Seriously, they spent 98M + 9M for the fence and it can't even stand 2 years...

Nkandla should be torn down to the ground. All buildings demolished. They should leave one small shack for Zuma and all of his 1000 direct family members, with a drop-hole below for them to live in. They will not sleep in comfort, but that is fine. They can all **** in the drop-hole and, hell, even hide in there if the **** hits the fan!

What I'm thinking right now is that they're so dumb and careless so that they are actually able to make the ministry of public works pay for the repairs at a crazy price which would launch a second investigation. :o

I'm thinking more or less the same thing, except that the money spent on all of it should be recovered through some auction where the lovers of all things ANC would be given the chance to spend millions of their ill gained money on the memorabilia. That way we kill two birds with one auction stone by also recovering some of the public funds to plough back in state coffers for service delivery needs and also giving the thousands of Jacob Zuma and ANC fans the opportunity to own a piece of Nkandla. :p

One can only dream of this sort of thing happening though. :D

I wonder if Zuma's stormtroopers will go after the journalist for "disclosing sensitive information" about a national keypoint.

I just heard that a reasonable price for this work could be done at R500 p/m but Msholozi Showerbaboon is paying R7500 p/m with our money.

I hope lightening strikes and the whole place burns down with d@@s inside.

I'm not paying for repairs

You think you have a choice?

We will all pay for it. Via the tax we all pay.
And he'll probably want the fence 'upgraded' as well. He will need it one day when his current supporters eventually see through the ruling party's total arrogance when it comes to spending citizens money

Just like most of the RDP houses the fked up government put up is also falling apart.
What did anyone expect from cadres they screw everyone including cadres. Never mind job creation.

Who cares? A dilapidated fence belongs with a dilapidated leader.

The real shocker is how Nene got paid R100mil for a fence that some other company had to finish for R10mil. R100mil taxpayer money sucked from right under our noses, with nobody to answer for it.
